- Water. This recipe uses water, but if you want more flavorful rice, add one part broth.
- Salt. Optional, but I add just a pinch for taste.

How to Make Instant Pot Jasmine White Rice
- Rinse & Repeat. Rinse the rice until the water is somewhat clear.
- Add salt & water. If you are adding broth, use a 1:1 ratio. One cup of broth and one cup of water. Make sure the broth you are using is the consistency of water, and dilute if necessary.
- Set the Instant pot. The pressure should say Low and the cooking time to 12 minutes.
- Set the range. Cooking time range should be set from 1 minute to 30 minutes. Most newer instant pots do this automatically.

Storage Tips
