Air Fryer Jerk Chicken wings are juicy, crispy, and a solid combination of sweet and spicy. The coconut sugar brings a nice balance to this guilt free wing recipe.

1½ pounds chicken wings separated into drumettes and flats ¼ tablespoon olive oil optional Jerk Dry Rub Ingredients 1 tablespoon coconut sugar 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon allspice 1 tablespoon smoked paprika 1 tablespoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon dried thyme 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper optional 1 tablespoon cumin 1 tablespoon white pepper 1½ tablespoons salt 1 tablespoon ground clove
In a bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Set aside
Clean and pat dry 1½ lb of chicken wings. Separate the drumette and flats if not already done so.
Coat chicken wings with ¼ tablespoon of olive oil
Add 3-4 tablespoons of dry rub to the chicken and mix well. Save the rest for another time.
Use non-stick spray on your air fryer basket before placing the wings inside. (Make sure all wings are placed flat and not on top of each other).
Set Air Fryer to 400°F and cook time to 20 minutes.
After 10 minutes, flip wings and cook for the remaining 10 minutes on 400°F
Chop!
