Ingredients

-Long green beans - Chopped garlic -Olive oil -Salt & Black pepper

Blanch

Bring 2 cups of water to a light boil or simmer. Place the green beans in hot water and leave for 2-3 minutes. Strain & set aside

Saute

In a skillet, heat 1½ tablespoons of olive oil on low-medium heat. Once hot, sauté chopped garlic.

Add Green Beans

Add green beans back to the pan with salt and pepper and mix well.
