Frozen Green Beans are an easy vegetable to make for the week. In 10 minutes, you have created a garlicky, crunchy, side dish that is calorie conscious and nutritious.

12 ounces whole frozen green beans Finger-like and long. Do not use French style or cut. 3 garlic cloves chopped ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper ground 1½ tablespoons olive oil substitute avocado oil
Start by bringing 2 cups of water to a light boil or simmer for blanching. Place the green beans in hot water and leave for 2-3 minutes.
Strain the water and set aside. Make sure not to fully cook them.
In a skillet, heat 1½ tablespoons of olive oil on low/medium heat. Once hot, sauté chopped garlic.
Add green beans to the pan with salt and pepper and mix well.
Once everything is combined, remove from heat and enjoy.
