Ingredients

  • 740 grams okra finely chopped
  • 50 grams ground crayfish
  • pounds smoked turkey wings remove from bone after cooked
  • 100 grams stockfish
  • 83 grams uziza leaves
  • 1 tablespoon ground uziza
  • 2 tablespoons bouillon seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons palm oil
  • 1 lb spinach fresh
  • 2 scotch bonnet peppers (habanero) optional
  • 1 white onion finely chopped

Instructions

  • Use 8 cups of water to cook stock fish and smoked turkey wings.
  • When the meat is tender, add onions, bouillon seasoning, crayfish, ground uziza, and uziza leaves to the pot. Blend peppers and add at this time.
  • The water level should be a little below the meat before adding chopped okra and palm oil. Let everything cook for 5-8 minutes.
  • Stir in the spinach and mix until it wilts
