Nigerian Okro Soup is a staple soup that is nutritious, filling, and packed with flavor. This recipe is high in lean protein and uses less oil than most other recipes out there.

740 grams okra finely chopped 50 grams ground crayfish 1½ pounds smoked turkey wings remove from bone after cooked 100 grams stockfish 83 grams uziza leaves 1 tablespoon ground uziza 2 tablespoons bouillon seasoning 2 tablespoons palm oil 1 lb spinach fresh 2 scotch bonnet peppers (habanero) optional 1 white onion finely chopped
Use 8 cups of water to cook stock fish and smoked turkey wings.
When the meat is tender, add onions, bouillon seasoning, crayfish, ground uziza, and uziza leaves to the pot. Blend peppers and add at this time.
