    How to Make This Recipe

    • First, mix all of the dry rub ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
    • Next, peel & cut potatoes into matchsticks with a knife or a French fry cutter.
    • Place fries in a bowl of cold water and let them soak for 30 minutes.
    • Drain the water and pat the fries dry to remove any excess moisture.
    • Place the fries in a dry bowl and toss in 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of jerk seasoning.
    • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and lay the fries in a flat layer. Be careful not to overcrowd the basket.
    • Cook at 375℉ for 10 minutes. Shake the basket a little and cook for another 5 minutes.
    • Once the fries are golden brown, remove and add to a bowl. Repeat the cooking process for the remaining fries.

    • 2 Russet Potatoes peeled and sliced into matchsticks

    • Once the fries are golden brown, remove and set aside. Repeat the cooking process for any remaining fries.
    • Sprinkle some chopped parsley for an added touch of freshness.

    Notes

    1. Feel free to leave your potatoes unpeeled if you want.
    2. Make sure your fries are all similar in shape so the cooking time doesn't differ too much.
    3. Don't rush the drying process. Any extra moisture on the French fries will prevent them from crisping to perfection.
